When you enter the premises of Diocesan Shrine and Parish of Nuestra Señora de Aranzazu (DSPNSDA) for a worship service or parish-related event, you will be entering an area where photography, video and audio recording may occur.

 

Waiver of Liability and Release during Parish Live Events

Diocesan Shrine and Parish of Nuestra Señora de Aranzazu (DSPNSDA) takes photographs and/or makes audio and/or video recordings of Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) Members involved in church-related activities. Parish Office Staff, PPC Ministries and/or participants may use such photographs or video records to recall activities or participants. In addition, such photographs and audio/visual recordings may be used in DSPNSDA publications, advertising materials to let others know of our parish activities, ministry, and/or streaming, social media coverages and website hosting of worship services. In addition, local news organizations may hear of our activities or events and DSPNSDA PPC may allow them to record our events for news reporting on special interest features.

By entering the service/event premises, you consent to, photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for live streaming, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, and/or any other purpose by DSPNSDA. You release DSPNSDA, its clergy, PPC officers, Parish Office Staff/Employees, laity, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, and/or publication of photographs, computer images, video and/or audio recordings.

By entering the service/event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by DSPNSDA or the person or entity designated to do so by DSPNSDA.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the service/event.

 

 

 

In compliance with current regulations and existing applicable laws, we keep the information we gathered from Commission on Elections or until we no longer need it for Voters Assistance purposes.

 

Data Usage and Performance of Services

The information gathered by AranzazuShrine.ph website and its subdomains about you is used to operate the Website and deliver the services you have requested. Please note that AranzazuShrine.ph shall never sell, rent or lease its Voter’s lists to third parties.
