The Canonical Coronation of our patroness, Our Lady of Aranzazu, has been successful and fruitful for all the committees that it has. All 9 committee did their part for this once in a lifetime successful event. One of these committee is the Technical and Physical Arrangement Committee. The Committee is largely responsible for the preparation and providing of necessary materials, equipment and other temporal resources needed for the Canonical Coronation of Our Lady of Aranzazu. In addition, the committee is in charge in of making the Church and the whole venue be conducive for the momentous event.
As part of this committee, I know that it will be a task that will require time from each member from start. One of which is identifying the members from each skill and area of expertise to contribute for this momentous event. After that we must come up with a proposal for all the planned procurement, designs and of course the finances that goes with these.
Grateful for the team who have the masters of everything we needed for technical and physical arrangement committee. From laborers to florist to artists the team has it. The team that is stretched to its limit from start to finish. From the proposals that has been reviewed and revisited several times ‘til the day come where almost every day where we have to cater extra requests for execution. Against these odds, still we were able to meet the expectations we presented during the concilio meetings.
Unbelievable and I am happy that our team manage to complete all the tasks. We worked as planned though I am completely aware that we cannot please everybody with the way we do things for technical setup, decorative materials, paintings, floral arrangements, stage design, lightings, LED display, chairs and tent, church exterior decors like Aranzazu Standee, Floral borders, banners, and mural on the church patio.
Thanks to all persona behind this hardworking and tireless committee. You know who you are and I will always be proud of the Physical and Technical Arrangement Committee. (Mark Arista)
