BICUTAN, Taguig – The official pilgrim image of Nuestra Señora de Aranzazu was invited to visit St. Joseph Parish -Upper Bicutan, Taguig from October 19 to 21. The people of Bicutan warmly saluted and welcomed Our Lady of Aranzazu for their first encounter with our patroness. Daily masses and activities are held in honor of Our Lady of Aranzazu.
According to Rev. Fr. Reynaldo Reyes (parish priest of St. Joseph Parish), they became interested to Our Lady of Aranzazu when they saw Our Lady after the annual Ahunan mass in Antipolo Cathedral. He visited Diocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Aranzazu and decided to invite the Virgin to visit Upper Bicutan, Taguig to introduce her among the residents of the said place.

On the last day, a special healing mass was presided by our kababayan Rev. Fr. John Stephen Besa, O.P., attended by hundreds of devotees and parishioners of Taguig. As said by Bro. Rey Balcos, they also invited the parishioners of Taguig to participate for the forthcoming Grand Marian Procession in Intramuros, Manila.
Today, some people are still curious and yearning to encounter personally our much-admired Virgin of Aranzazu. Let us partake in propagating the devotion to our dearest Lady of Aranzazu, and share the miracles and blessings that we received though her intercession. May the Virgin of Aranzazu continuously inspire and bless the people of Taguig and their whole community. Viva la Virgen!
