SAN MATEO, Rizal – The Evangelization Ministry of Our Lady of Aranzazu Parish engaged the youth in the activities conducted in line with the National Bible Sunday with a theme, “Da best ang bibliya ko,” yesterday, January 28.

Students of Nuestra Señora De Aranzazu Parochial School (NSDAPS) and from other schools here in San Mateo, Rizal gathered at the 4th Floor (Gymnasium) of NSDAPS as the program started with the Bible Enthronement.

The opening liturgy was followed with an activity where students are grouped into four and given a chance to get to know more about each person in their group.

There was also a bible quiz bee called “Bilib ako sa bibliya ko,” where Marvin Flores, a grade 10 student, won.

To give a break from the line of activities, Dra. Grace Anne Pancho, from the Lord’s Flock New Gen Steward, shared her knowledge and reflections about the power of the word.

The event also involved a liturgucal bible study where students in a circle shared their life experiences and reflections that is related to a certain story in the bible.
