SAN MATEO, Rizal – Mayor Cristina “Tina” Diaz, who served as the Hermano Mayor of Sto Niño Festival 2018 turned over the title to Kagawad Sendong “Joel” Atanacio who will be the Hermano Mayor this Sto Niño Festival 2019. On the other hand, Kapitan Henry “Butchoy” Cruz will be the Hermano Menor for the year 2019.

The turn over took place last Sunday, January 28, 2018 during the morning mass presided by Fr. Larry Paz, parish priest of Diocesan Shrine and Parish of Nuestra Señora de Aranzazu (DSPNSDA). The Hermano Mayor shoulders the preparation of the Sto. Niño festival which includes the “pagsundo”, coordinating with sponsors, novena masses up to the day of the fiesta while the Hermano Menor will support the Hermano Mayor throughout the process of preparation.
