SAN MATEO, Rizal – Msgr. Generoso Mediarito, parochial administrator of the Diocesan Shrine and Parish of Nuestra Señora de Aranzazu (DSPNSDA), announced the details of the wake and interment of Fr. Lawrence Paz during the Requiem Mass held last monday morning in the presence of the Bishop of Antipolo, Francisco De Leon, and the clergy of Antipolo.
The remains of Fr. Lawrence will stay at DSPNSDA until Tuesday noon and will be transferred to his home parish, the National Shrine and Parish of St. Michael and the Archangels in Manila. Masses will be held at 7:30 PM to be organized by his ordination batchmates until Wednesday night.
On Thursday, a Mass will be celebrated at high noon before his cremation. After the cremation, his urn will be brought to the Diocesan Shrine and Parish of St. Therese of the Child Jesus, Antipolo City.
The Mass of Interment will be on Friday, 10:00 AM, and his urn will be interred at the Columbarium of the Diocesan Shrine and Parish of St. Therese of the Child Jesus, Antipolo City.
