17 new members of Tarcisian Adorers Turno 177 were installed today, March 18, during the english mass presided by parish priest, Rev. Fr. Lopito “Bembol” Hiteroza at the Diocesan Shrine and Parish of Nuestra Senora de Aranzazu (DSPNSDA).
Aspirants are taught and trained within 6 months. For the first three months, they will learn the Basic Bible Study, Church History, Doctrines and Constitution and By Laws. The remaining months will be their training period.
During the mass, Fr. Bembol talked about sacrifices and asked how much we are willing to sacrifice for our brothers and sisters the same way God did sacrifice his life on the cross for us. He said that people nowadays are self-centered and are experiencing the loss of sense of sin, a case where people no longer feel guilty for their wrong doings.
The new Tarcisians recited their oaths in front of the altar and received their uniforms as authorized members of the organization now.
Tarcisian Adorers Turno 177 was established in the parish on November 22, 1986. They conduct vigils for and adore blessed sacraments. Tarcisian Adorers are also usually seen accompanying the images in some processions.
