Hundreds of devotees accompany the replica image of Our Lady of Aranzazu on her procession around the streets of Crisbali and General Luna.
The parish celebrated the 9th day monthly devotion Pamimintuho sa Birhen ng Aranzazu last April 9, 2018. Hundreds of devotees attended the Novena- Healing mass and joined the procession around the streets of Crisbali (Cristi) compound and General Luna, carrying the replica image of Our Lady of Aranzazu.
Meanwhile, the healing mass is presided by Rev. Fr. Boy Daguman. Before the mass ends, Fr. Daguman anointed all the mass attendees with the holy oil and sung the Salve Regina to incense and bless the pontifically crowned image of Our Lady of Aranzazu enthroned on her retablo mayor. The “Beso Manto” or kissing of the veil and distribution of apples for the sick followed after the procession.
The Pamimintuho devotion is regularly held to honor the Virgin and patroness of the town of San Mateo. It is also a better opportunity for all the sick to ask God for healing through the miraculous intercession of Our Lady of Aranzazu. It started on January 2016 through the initiative of the Association of Our Lady of Aranzazu-Cofradia with the cooperation of Knights of Our Lady of Aranzazu under the supervision of Rev. Fr. Lawerence Paz and Fr. Mowie Villamayor.
The Parish invites all the parishioners and devotees to attend the Pamimintuho sa Birhen on May 9, at 5:30 PM that will be followed by the Healing mass at 6:00 PM. The procession, beso manto, and distribution of apples will follow at 7 in the evening.
Halina’t mamintuho sa Mahal na Birhen ng Aranzazu!
