In line with the celebration of 52nd World Communications Day, the Media and Public Information Ministry (MPIM) spearhead an exhibit named iCOMMic Museum from the words Communicate and iconic. The name iCOMMic implies that the way we communicate to our neighbor should be iconic, influential, and unique that will remain in one’s mind.

This exhibit was showcased to the parishioners to enlighten them about the significance of communication in strengthening their faith in this fast changing world. The organizers hope that through this, the parishioners will understand their roles as communicators of the Holy Gospel.

The structure of the exhibit was a pyramid-like tower composed of cubes. Each cube represents the milestones and evolution in the field of communication that brought significant changes around the world. It signifies that each milestone serves as a building block of the communication we have at present; without it, we wouldn’t be able to reach and experience the way we interact and socialize with other people.

The exhibit gains a lots of positive feedback because of its aesthetic and appealing design. Aside from it is instagramable design, the contents are informative.

Here are some quick facts you might have missed if you haven’t visited the iCOMMic Museum:

Through these mediums of communication, we can response to the call of new evangelization and proclaim the Holy Gospel. May everyone who uses this be an instrument of spreading the good news instead of fake news.
