The Social Service Ministry once again conducted a medical and dental mission at the Parish Hall of Diocesan Shrine and Parish of Nuestra Senora de Aranzazu (DSPNSDA), Sunday morning, September 2.

Sis. Cecil Rocca, Social Service Ministry Coordinator in cooperation with Mrs. Emmarie Ballesteros, registered nurse of Nuestra Señora De Aranzazu Parochial School (NSDAPS) spearheaded the said event.

Over a hundred of patients who lined up as early as 7 in the morning were given free dental, optical, medical, pediatric, and obstetric consultation. Free medicines were also given to patients whose health conditions require treatment.

Majority of the doctors in the mission were volunteers such as Dr. Evelyn Cristi Amado, Dr. Edna Dela Paz, Dr. Ana Katrina De Guzman, Dr. Antonietta Evangelista, Dr. Anna Richie Makiramdam, Dr. Ma. Dianne Santos, and Dr. Ray Pamplona, who was assigned in the Pedia, Medical, and OB-Gyne room.

There were also teachers from NSDAPS who gave free assistance for patients who are mostly residents of San Mateo. (Franchesca Urnom)
