As applied to our dear Lady’s feast
Somehow comes across as sublime
All got up with a mathematical twist.
Ever since the great Pythagoras
Iniated his number lore
Was not so daft, not even half-assed
As most co-called “adepts” now and before.
All we’re saying is by playing the odds
We’re bound to hit pay dirt sooner/later
And as can alarm the luck of Gods
Be we lovers of luck or its haters
But the fact that our dear Lady’s day
Is bound in the with a couple of nines
Makes us all the more joyous and gay
As we write and read these happy lines.
