June 28 is a special day in the Catholic Calendar, as we celebrate the Feast of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus.
You may have seen various depictions of the image that was given by Our Lord to sister Margaret Mary Alacoque in 1675. Did you know that you can have an image enthroned in your home? Do you have a special devotion to His Sacred Heart? As it has been said, the Sacred Heart of Jesus beats to this very day in the Holy Eucharist, a beating Heart of infinite and perfect love for each of us.
Today, we present a thorough and helpful infographic on both of these sacred images and their histories as devotions. We hope you’ll use them in your Catechism, Religion, PREX, in the classroom or at home with your children.
