Siya ay nagmula sa isang simpleng pamilyang nakatira sa isang nayon. Inilalarawan siya bilang isang taong maka-Diyos. Itinalaga siya bilang ina ni Hesus. Ang ngalan niya\u2019y Maria.<\/p>\n<p>Una siyang nagpakita ng katapangan noong panahon ng pagkikita nila ng anghel Gabriel, na ipinadala ng Diyos, sa kaniya. Ipinabatid ng anghel sa kaniya na siya\u2019y magdadalang-tao sa pamamagitan ng espiritu santo. Ito ay tatawaging \u201cAnak ng Kataastaasan\u201d at papangalanang Hesus. Noong panahong iyon, nakatakda pa lamang siyang ikasal kay Jose. Masyado mang nakabibigla ang kaniyang narinig mula sa anghel, tinanggap niya ito. Dahil ang katapangan ay lumalabas lamang kapag natututo kang magtiwala \u2014 pwedeng pagtitiwala sa posibleng paglago, sa sarili, at sa Diyos. Matutong magtiwala sa kapangyarihan Niya at maging matiyaga sa paghihintay ng himala. Pakatandaan na hindi nakalilimot ang Diyos sa Kaniyang mga pangako. Alam Niya ang bawat danas natin. Kaya kung mayroong isa na dapat nating pinagkakatiwalaan sa tuwing tayo\u2019y nakararamdam ng takot, ito ang Diyos.<\/p>\n<p>Sa araw ng kapanganakan ni Maria, nawa\u2019y hindi lamang natin alalahanin ang mga magaganda niyang katangian.
