Palm Sunday Parishioners

The image of Our Lady of Aranzazu, owned by Mr. Jhon Kenneth Gavilan of Mandaluyong City, is among the forty images of the Blessed Virgin Mary, that can be seen in the 2022 Marian Exhibit of Santisima Trinidad Parish in Malate, Manila with a theme: Tota Pulchra es Maria!

Mary

Despite the challenge of gathering the images in the middle of the Rosary Month, this first exhibit since the pandemic was organized with full efforts by the Custodians of the Holy Trinity together with the Worship Ministry of Santisima Trinidad Parish. It was composed of century-old images, vicariate images directly from churches, images usually seen in the Intramuros Grand Marian Procession, and the image of Nuestra Señora de Peñafrancia which is privately owned by Atty. Leni Robredo and Angat Buhay Foundation.

“Through this kind of activity where Mama Mary was interpreted and depicted in different scenes, we, faithfuls, are given the opportunity to make her an inspiration to be like her- being obedient to God in different, and all kinds of situation,” Mr. Xian Zeus Sanchez, one of the organizers, shares.

This Marian Exhibit in Malate, Manila is only one of the several events participated by Our Lady of Aranzazu for this year. After two years since the pandemic, the canonically crowned image of OLAR will also be joining the 41st Intramuros Grand Marian Procession this coming December 4, 2022.

Located at 1127 Estrada St. cor. Dian St. San Andres Bukid, Manila, this exhibit is free and open to the public from October 16-30, 2022 with the following schedule:
